The effectiveness of dapsone as refracterial therapy for juvenile dermatomyositis

<p class="abstract">Juvenile dermatomyositis (JDM) is a rare autoimmune disease that affects mostly children's muscles and skin. The small number of patients with JDM, heterogeneous phenotype, few clinical trials for JDM pose challenges clinicians in developing standard treatment protocols. Although there has been some consensus, the obstacles to therapy, especially refractory cases, have not resolved. Dapsone one anti-inflammatory agents can provide significant improvement dermatomyositis. This aim study was discuss various previous studies determine potential use dapsone cases JDM.</p>
